Contemporary front garden

The brief for this garden was to improve the visual appearance of the garden to the front door, making it much warmer and more welcoming with a relaxed and casual feel to the garden. The path leading to the front door was to be opened up and the steps widened to help achieve this. The car parking area was also to be improved and extended to accommodate more cars and lighting added to the garden to enhance the feel of the garden at night.

Plants used in this design:

Primula pulverulenta | Heuchera ‘Berry Smoothie’ | Clematis 'Nelly Moser' | Asplenium scolopendrium

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL...

"Lisa more than exceeded our expectations through every stage of the process of reworking our front garden and parking area and we are totally delighted with the result. The garden is now more streamlined and contemporary but still retains the traditional elements. She took on board everything we had asked for, made it reality, and added some great ideas (mirrored wall trellis, feature lighting) while retaining a lot of the original established planting. Would certainly recommend her."
